Role Overview:
As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving the digital marketing initiatives of our product portfolio. You will own and manage all aspects of digital marketing -- from SEO, SEM, and content strategy to email marketing, analytics, and paid campaigns. The ideal candidate is hands-on, data-driven, and experienced in scaling digital presence and lead generation for B2B technology products.
Key Responsibilities:
? Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, website traffic, and high-quality leads.
? Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other paid platforms.
? Manage SEO/SEM strategies to improve organic visibility and keyword rankings.
? Oversee the planning, creation, and optimization of content across channels (blogs, whitepapers, case studies, landing pages, etc.).
? Develop and manage email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
? Analyze campaign performance through tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and other reporting tools.
? Collaborate with product, design, and sales teams to align marketing goals with business objectives.
? Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
? Monitor and manage digital marketing budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
? 3 to 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in an IT product or SaaS company.
? Strong understanding of all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, PPC, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics.
? Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, HubSpot, etc.
? Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
? Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
? Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
? Must be available to join immediately.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
