We are seeking a results-driven

Digital Marketing Professional

with strong expertise in

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

and

Search Engine Marketing (SEM)

. The role involves planning, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies to enhance online visibility, generate quality leads, and optimize ROI across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:



SEO (Search Engine Optimization):



Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page optimization. Optimize website structure, content, and metadata to meet SEO best practices. Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools. Build quality backlinks and manage link-building campaigns. Regularly update content based on search trends and algorithm changes.

SEM (Search Engine Marketing):



Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and other ad networks. Perform keyword bidding, ad copy creation, and A/B testing to maximize ad performance. Track, analyze, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and conversion rates. Manage remarketing and display ad campaigns to improve engagement. Prepare monthly performance reports and campaign insights.

General Digital Marketing Support:



Collaborate with content, social media, and design teams to ensure consistent branding and campaign alignment. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Identify new growth opportunities through digital channels.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field. Minimum

1-3 years of experience

in SEO & SEM management. Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, and keyword research tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.). Proficiency in campaign analysis, reporting, and ROI optimization. Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills. Certification in Google Ads / Analytics preferred.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):



Growth in organic website traffic. Improvement in keyword rankings. ROI and conversion rate from paid campaigns. Reduction in cost per lead (CPL). Website performance and engagement metrics.
