Job Summary:



We are looking for an experienced and creative

Digital Marketing Manager

to lead our marketing team. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The ideal candidate must have a passion for all things marketing and technology and should be well-versed in current marketing tools and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:



Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. Design, build, and maintain our social media presence (Meta, Instagram, YouTube, Google Ads). Develop and implement strategies to drive online traffic to the company website and generate leads. Manage the company's official website, landing pages, and content updates via WordPress or other CMS platforms. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages, sales funnels, and improve user experience. Manage lead generation funnels, marketing automation, retargeting, and campaign optimization. Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content creators to ensure brand consistency. Handle digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and more. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and SEO.

Requirements:



Proven working experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role (minimum 3 years). Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and performance marketing. Experience in marketing for real estate (preferred). Hands-on experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, SEMrush). Proficient in WordPress, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices. Strong analytical and project management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant field.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
