Performance Marketing Specialist
who can strategically manage and optimize our ad campaigns across
Amazon, Flipkart, Meta, and Google
to deliver strong business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end management of
Amazon Sponsored Ads, Flipkart Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and Google Ads
.
Develop and execute performance-driven advertising strategies to
maximize sales, visibility, and ROI
.
Conduct
keyword research, audience targeting, and bid optimization
for marketplace and digital ads.
Analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop engaging ad copies and creatives.
Plan and execute
A/B testing, remarketing, and conversion optimization
campaigns.
Stay updated with industry trends, algorithms, and best practices in e-commerce and digital advertising.
Requirements
Proven track record of handling
Amazon Ads and Flipkart Ads
with measurable results.
Hands-on experience with
Meta Business Manager & Google Ads
.
Strong analytical skills with expertise in
campaign metrics, ROAS, CTR, and CPC management
.
Experience in
e-commerce, marketplace advertising, and D2C marketing
.
Ability to manage budgets, scale campaigns, and deliver consistent results.
Excellent communication, reporting, and presentation skills.
