Job Overview



MOniSa is looking for a

Digital Marketing Executive

with strong hands-on experience in

International SEO and B2B marketing

. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, content-focused, and comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams to improve online visibility, traffic, and lead generation.

Key ResponsibilitiesSEO (Primary Focus)



Plan and execute

International SEO strategies

across multiple regions and markets Perform

on-page SEO

, including keyword optimization, content structuring, internal linking, and metadata Manage

technical SEO

activities such as site audits, crawlability, indexing, page speed, and Core Web Vitals Build and execute

strong off-page SEO strategies

, including high-quality link building and outreach Handle

local SEO optimization

, including Google Business Profiles, citations, and local keyword targeting

Content & Strategy



Create and execute a

content strategy aligned with SEO and business goals

Work closely with

content writers

to optimize blogs, landing pages, and web content Coordinate with

graphic designers and developers

to ensure SEO-friendly design and implementation

B2B & Market Research



Execute and optimize

B2B digital marketing campaigns

Conduct

competitor analysis

to identify content gaps, keyword opportunities, and growth strategies Monitor industry trends and update strategies accordingly

Social Media & Trends



Analyze

social media trends

to support content and brand visibility Provide insights for organic social media growth based on audience behavior

Paid Marketing (Basic Knowledge)



Support and assist in

basic paid search campaigns

(Google Ads) Understand keyword intent, landing page relevance, and campaign performance metrics

Required Skills & Qualifications



Strong knowledge of

International SEO best practices

Hands-on experience with

on-page, off-page, technical, and local SEO

Experience in

B2B digital marketing

environments Ability to collaborate with

content, design, and development teams

Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar Basic understanding of

paid search (PPC)

concepts Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good to Have



Experience handling multi-country or multi-language websites Understanding of content marketing funnels and lead generation Knowledge of CMS platforms like WordPress
