We are looking for a creative, data-driven Digital Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize our online marketing efforts. The role involves managing social media, paid campaigns, website performance, lead generation, and brand visibility across digital platforms to drive business growth.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Digital Strategy & Campaigns
Plan and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Run and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Track campaign performance and improve ROI and lead quality.
2. Social Media Management
Manage company profiles on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), etc.
Create monthly content calendars (posts, reels, stories, ads).
Increase followers, engagement, and brand reach.
Coordinate with designers and videographers for creatives.
3. Lead Generation & Performance Marketing
Generate leads through landing pages, forms, WhatsApp, and ads.
Monitor CPL, CTR, conversion rates, and optimize funnels.
Work closely with sales/telecalling teams for lead follow-ups.
4. Website & SEO
Maintain and update the company website content.
Implement basic SEO practices (on-page SEO, keywords, meta tags).
Track website traffic using Google Analytics & Search Console.
5. Content & Branding
Assist in creating blogs, captions, ad copies, emailers, and creatives.
Maintain brand voice and visual consistency across platforms.
Support influencer or collaboration campaigns if required.
6. Reporting & Analytics
Prepare weekly/monthly digital performance reports.
Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and improvement areas.
Present actionable insights to management.
7. Market & Competitor Analysis
Track competitor digital activities and trends.
Suggest new tools, platforms, and growth opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
1-3 years experience in digital marketing.
Hands-on experience with:
Google Ads & Meta Ads
Social media platforms
Basic SEO & analytics tools
Knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics.
Good communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
