We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing initiatives and drive growth for our products and services. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and data-driven decision-making. You will manage all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, content, email marketing, and analytics to deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
Plan and execute SEO/SEM campaigns, including keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and link-building strategies.
Create, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Oversee social media strategy, content planning, and engagement across multiple platforms.
Manage email marketing campaigns including segmentation, automation, and performance tracking.
Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to produce compelling creatives and campaigns.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and CRM dashboards.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends and recommend new strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI on all campaigns. Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
5-10 years of experience in digital marketing, with proven success in managing campaigns end-to-end
. o Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and social media platforms.
Proficiency with Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, and other analytics tools.
Experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, SendGrid, or similar).
Data-driven approach with excellent analytical and reporting skills.
Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Good to Have
Experience in healthcare or SaaS marketing.
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Marketo).
Understanding of basic design tools (Canva, Figma) for campaign creatives.
Knowledge of performance marketing metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV).
