Job Description

We are hiring a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in paid digital marketing, SEO, graphic design, and lead management to drive high-quality leads for our Interior Design and Education businesses. Sales or admissions experience is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Run and optimize Meta & Google Ads (lead generation & retargeting)

Manage SEO, landing pages, and website updates

Create high-performing ad creatives & marketing designs

Handle lead processing, CRM coordination, and bulk broadcasts (WhatsApp/Email/SMS)

Work closely with sales teams to improve conversions

Ensure strong visual storytelling aligned with brand guidelines

Create monthly and quarterly performance plans

Prepare detailed reports on Leads, Cost per lead, Conversion rate, ROI

Use AI tools and automation for creatives, ad optimization, reporting, and broadcasts

Stay updated with latest trends in digital marketing, SEO, and ad platforms

Required Skills:

5+ years in performance marketing

Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO

Proficiency in Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva

Experience in retargeting and lead generation campaigns

Sales exposure preferred

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
