Avis Hospitals is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Head with over six years of expertise in Customer Acquisition Growth (CAG), ROI optimization, and Influencer Marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multilingual marketing and pan-India lead generation, driving high-impact campaigns to scale business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution
Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and maximize ROI across India.
Design, execute, and optimize multilingual digital campaigns targeting regional audiences.
Lead performance marketing, SEO, social media, email, and influencer marketing campaigns.
Analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior to refine marketing efforts.
Customer Acquisition & ROI Optimization
Drive pan-India lead generation through high-impact marketing campaigns.
Optimize Cost Per Lead (CPL), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).
Utilize data analytics, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and A/B testing to improve performance.
Multilingual & Regional Marketing
Develop and manage regional and multilingual marketing strategies to engage diverse audiences.
Collaborate with content creators, translators, and designers for region-specific campaigns.
Implement localization techniques to enhance ad performance across different linguistic and cultural segments.
Influencer & Social Media Marketing
Identify, onboard, and manage influencers, brand ambassadors, and content creators to amplify brand reach.
Execute influencer campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and regional platforms.
Track influencer performance, engagement metrics, and ROI.
SEO & Content Marketing
Lead organic growth strategies, including on-page/off-page SEO and multilingual SEO.
Develop high-converting landing pages and ad creatives.
Oversee content marketing tailored for regional audiences.
Analytics & Performance Tracking
Utilize Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and CRM tools to track performance.
Generate detailed reports on lead quality, conversion rates, engagement, and ROI metrics.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Skills
6+ years of experience in digital marketing, CAG, ROI optimization, and influencer marketing.
Proven track record in handling multilingual and pan-India marketing campaigns.
Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and regional ad platforms.
Strong knowledge of regional influencer marketing and engagement strategies.
Proficiency in SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing.
Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and automation tools.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage digital marketing budgets.
Excellent communication skills and experience in handling multi-regional audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot, or Digital Marketing Analytics.
Experience in industries like healthcare, e-commerce, fintech, or B2C services.
Knowledge of regional consumer behaviour and cultural nuances.
