We are seeking highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of digital marketing strategies,SEO,social media and paid campaigns. Especially in the real estate sector. You will be responsible for driving online traffic, generating leads, and increasing brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads,Facebook,Instagram etc..)
Manage and grow social media presence across all major platforms.
Optimize content for SEO and monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search console.
Collaborate with the sales team to generate quality leads and track lead conversation.
Create engaging content for digital platforms, including property listings, blog posts, email newsletter etc.
Conduct market research to identify new marketing trends and competitor strategies.
Manage online reputation and respond to reviews on property portals and social media.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
Key Requirements:
Any bachelor's degree
8-10 Years experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate.
Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and email Marketing tools.
Strong understanding of current online marketing trends and best practices.
Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
Familiarity with real estate portals (MagicBricks,99acres,Housing.com) is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Batchelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
Graphic design and video editing knowledge(Canva,Adobe tools etc)
CRM Knowledge
Experience with lead generation and nurturing strategies.

Pay: ₹14,819.47 - ₹63,640.83 per month
