Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing efforts and boost brand awareness, student admissions, and online engagement. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in digital marketing concepts, tools, and strategies, with a strong grasp of performance marketing and content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns for student admissions, events, and brand building. Manage the college's website, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.). Analyze campaign performance and prepare monthly reports using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite. Oversee content strategy across all platforms (website, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.). Coordinate with academic teams to promote courses, achievements, and updates. Supervise photo and video content creation and event promotions. Manage and grow the institution's online community and reputation. Stay updated with the latest digital trends and education marketing tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

4+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the education sector. Proficient in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing platforms, and website CMS (e.g., WordPress). Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools. Creative mindset with attention to detail and branding. Good communication and leadership skills.
