Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced

Digital Marketing Manager

with a strong background in the

construction or real estate sector

to lead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our digital marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and drive online engagement across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies tailored for real estate and construction audiences. Manage performance marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn). Optimize SEO, SEM, and paid ad campaigns to generate high-quality leads. Supervise content creation (blogs, landing pages, emailers, video) aligned with construction industry needs. Monitor, analyze, and report on key metrics (traffic, leads, conversions, ROI). Manage social media presence, including campaigns, creatives, and audience engagement. Coordinate with the sales and CRM teams to align digital campaigns with sales goals. Collaborate with web developers and creative teams to ensure high-performing landing pages and websites. Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, HubSpot, SEMrush, etc., to evaluate campaign effectiveness. Stay updated on digital trends, tools, and strategies specific to the construction industry.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 7 years of digital marketing experience

, with at least 3 years in the

construction or real estate sector

. Proven track record in lead generation and ROI-driven digital campaigns. In-depth knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Ads, social media advertising, retargeting, email automation. Experience in managing digital budgets and vendor partnerships. Strong communication and analytical skills. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot. Basic knowledge of real estate regulations, buyer behavior, and project marketing cycles. Ability to manage agencies and internal teams.
