The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing the company's digital marketing and content strategy. This role includes leading the in-house creative team, including the Cameraman and Video Editor, to ensure high-quality digital content that aligns with brand objectives and supports business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across social media, website, and paid platforms
Manage and supervise the Cameraman and Video Editor, ensuring timely and quality content delivery
Plan video concepts, scripts, reels, advertisements, and promotional campaigns
Coordinate and oversee video shoots, content calendars, and publishing schedules
Review, guide, and approve edited content before final release
Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms
Work closely with sales and management teams to support marketing and business goals
Monitor campaign performance and optimize content for reach, engagement, and conversions
Stay updated with latest digital marketing and content trends
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, or a related field
2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or content marketing
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and video marketing strategies
Experience in managing creative teams or junior staff
Knowledge of digital ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads) and analytics tools
Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills
Preferred Skills
Hands-on knowledge of video editing tools
Experience in short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, YouTube)
Understanding of brand storytelling and content strategy
