Key Responsibilities:
Create and edit reels, short videos, posters, and product photos
Write engaging captions, hashtags, and content scripts
Plan weekly/monthly content calendar and schedule posts
Handle Instagram/Facebook page management (posting, replies, DM follow-ups)
Coordinate with the team for shoots, new launches, offers, and festive creatives
Track basic performance (reach, engagement, leads) and improve content accordingly
Requirements:
Strong experience in Video/Photo Editing
Full-time UG/PG degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Creative mindset + good trend awareness
Basic knowledge of social media insights/analytics
Ability to work full-time from the office
Own vehicle for self-commute
Job Type: Permanent
