About the Role:


We're seeking an experienced

Digital Marketing Manager

who excels in both

SEO and Paid Media (Meta, Google Ads)

and stays ahead of the curve with emerging

AI-driven marketing tools

. The ideal candidate will have at least

5 years of agency experience

, demonstrating a proven ability to craft and execute high-performing marketing strategies that drive measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive SEO and paid media strategies

aligned with client business goals and KPIs.

Conduct advanced keyword, audience, and competitor research

to identify high-value growth opportunities across channels.

Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns

on platforms including

Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok Ads

, leveraging AI-powered tools for automation, targeting, and creative generation.

Implement and manage on-page, off-page, technical, and local SEO

improvements to boost organic visibility and traffic.

Use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Jasper, SurferSEO, Frase, and Canva Magic Studio)

for content strategy, ad copy generation, keyword clustering, and reporting automation.

Analyze website and campaign performance

using

Google Analytics 4, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs

, and

Looker Studio

, identifying data-driven insights and improvement opportunities.

Create and manage link building campaigns

and maintain a healthy backlink profile through ethical and strategic outreach.

Collaborate with development and creative teams

to ensure SEO and paid media best practices are implemented across all web and ad assets.

Monitor emerging AI and digital trends

, testing and deploying new tools and methods for audience targeting, personalization, and automation.

Prepare detailed performance reports and dashboards

, clearly demonstrating ROI and actionable insights for clients. Oversee

cross-channel marketing initiatives

, ensuring synergy between organic and paid strategies to maximize overall visibility.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of agency experience

managing both SEO and paid marketing campaigns. Strong expertise in

on-page, off-page, technical SEO, and link building

. Proven record of driving traffic growth, improving rankings, and increasing conversions through organic and paid efforts.

Hands-on experience with AI-driven marketing automation tools

, creative generation platforms, and performance analytics software. Proficiency in

Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics 4, Search Console

, and

Looker Studio

. Understanding of

conversion tracking

CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)

A/B testing

methodologies. Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously. Excellent communication and presentation skills with a client-facing attitude. Familiarity with
