Key Responsibilities
Build and execute D2C digital marketing strategies focused on
sales, ROAS, and customer acquisition
.
Manage and optimise paid campaigns across
Meta, Google Ads, and marketplaces
.
Plan funnel strategies (Awareness ? Consideration ? Conversion ? Retention).
Work closely with creatives to optimise ads, landing pages, and product messaging.
Monitor website performance, CRO, and user journey optimisation.
Track KPIs like ROAS, CAC, AOV, CTR, and conversion rates.
Lead and mentor the digital marketing team.
Analyse performance data and present actionable insights.
Requirements
Minimum
4 years of experience
in digital marketing, preferably in
D2C or e-commerce
.
Strong expertise in
performance marketing & paid ads
.
Experience with Shopify / WooCommerce and analytics tools is a plus.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
Excellent leadership and execution abilities.
