The Digital Marketing Manager will own and scale Velammal Nexus's digital presence to drive qualified admission leads, improve conversion efficiency, and strengthen brand visibility across platforms. The role combines strategy, performance marketing, analytics, and team/vendor management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Strategy & Performance Marketing
Define annual and campaign-wise digital marketing strategy aligned to admission targets.
Plan and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, YouTube) with clear ROI ownership.
Manage budgets, bidding strategies, creatives, landing pages, and A/B tests.
2. Lead Generation & Conversion
Drive high-quality leads for admissions; improve CPL and conversion rates.
Integrate and manage CRM/lead workflows with admissions teams.
Track source-wise performance and optimize funnels.
3. Content, Social & Website
Oversee content calendars for social platforms and website updates.
Coordinate video, testimonials, campus showcases, and success stories.
Ensure website performance, landing-page UX, and SEO basics are optimized.
4. Analytics & Reporting
Own dashboards (GA4, Ads Managers, CRM).
Prepare weekly/monthly MIS with insights and action plans.
Ensure data accuracy, attribution, and compliance.
5. Team & Vendor Management
Lead internal executives and external agencies.
Set KPIs, conduct reviews, and ensure SLA adherence.
Coordinate with principals, admissions, and HR.
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Management, or related field.
6-12 years of digital marketing experience;
education sector preferred

Proven track record in paid performance marketing and lead conversion.
