We are looking for a results-driven
Digital Marketing Specialist
with at least
3 years of experience
in
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), SEO, and WordPress
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving online visibility, traffic, and conversions through paid and organic strategies while managing and optimizing WordPress websites.
Key Responsibilities
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram):
Plan, create, manage, and optimize Meta ad campaigns
Conduct audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audience strategies
Monitor KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, CPL, and conversions
Perform A/B testing on ad creatives and copy
Manage advertising budgets and performance reporting
SEO:
Perform keyword research and competitor analysis
Optimize on-page SEO (meta tags, content, URLs, internal linking)
Manage off-page SEO activities including link building
Conduct technical SEO audits and resolve issues
Track and improve rankings, traffic, and conversions
WordPress Management:
Manage, update, and optimize WordPress websites
Create and edit landing pages using page builders (Elementor, Gutenberg, etc.)
Ensure website speed, security, and mobile responsiveness
Implement SEO best practices within WordPress
Coordinate with designers and developers when needed
Analytics & Reporting:
Track performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and Meta Ads Manager
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
Use insights to optimize campaigns and website performance
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
3 years of experience
in digital marketing
Strong hands-on experience with
Meta Ads Manager
In-depth knowledge of
SEO (on-page, off-page, technical)
Proficiency in
WordPress website management
Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with lead generation or e-commerce websites
Knowledge of Google Ads is a plus
Basic understanding of CRO and landing page optimization
Job Types: Part-time, Freelance
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
