Market knowledge:

Stay updated on market trends, property values, and real estate laws to provide accurate information and advice.

Sales reporting:

Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.

Strategy development:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential buyers and achieve business goals.

Campaign execution:

Create and execute marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, social media, and email marketing.

Content creation:

Develop and manage content for property listings and promotional materials.

Market research:

Conduct market research to understand trends, identify target audiences, and analyze competitor activities.

Lead generation:

Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and drive property sales.

Promotional events:

Organize promotional events to showcase properties.
