Job Summary:



The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing the company's digital marketing strategies to drive online presence, brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. The role requires expertise in social media, content marketing, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and analytics to optimize campaigns and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement

digital marketing strategies

aligned with business objectives.

Manage and optimize campaigns across

social media platforms, Google Ads, email marketing, and website

Plan and execute

SEO/SEM strategies

to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.

Oversee the creation of

digital content

including graphics, videos, blogs, and promotional materials.

Monitor and analyze

campaign performance metrics

, preparing reports with actionable insights.

Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies for marketing campaigns, creative content, and branding initiatives.

Manage and grow the company's

social media presence

, including engagement and follower growth.

Drive

lead generation campaigns

and monitor conversion rates for website and digital channels.

Stay updated on

digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices

to enhance marketing effectiveness.

Manage the

Qualifications & Experience:



Bachelor's degree in

Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

.

Minimum

3-6 years of experience

in digital marketing, preferably in

real estate, construction, or service-based industries

.

Proven experience managing

SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and content marketing campaigns

.

Strong knowledge of

Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and email marketing platforms

.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
