Key Responsibilities
1. Full Digital Marketing Team Management
Oversee the entire digital marketing department including SEO specialists, SEM/PPC handlers, social media executives, designers, and content creators. Provide leadership, assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure the team delivers consistent results.
2. End-to-End Project Ownership
Manage all client and internal digital marketing projects from planning to execution. Ensure smooth workflow, maintain timelines, track project progress, and deliver high-quality campaigns on schedule.
3. Trend Analysis & Strategy Development
Stay updated with global digital trends, platform updates (Meta, Google), new tools, and emerging technologies. Convert these insights into effective digital strategies to keep the brand and the agency competitive.
4. SEO, SEM & Social Media Oversight
Lead all organic (SEO) and paid marketing (SEM/PPC) activities. Create strategies to improve search rankings, optimize ad performance, increase ROI, and enhance brand reach across social media platforms.
5. Paid Ads & Performance Marketing
Plan, manage, and optimize Meta ads, Google Ads, and other paid campaigns. Monitor budgets, reduce cost per lead, improve conversions, and deliver performance-focused results backed by data.
6. Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
Track campaign data using Google Analytics, Search Console, Ads Manager, CRM tools, etc. Prepare detailed reports, interpret insights, and implement improvements for continuous growth.
7. Client Communication & Project Coordination
Attend client meetings, understand requirements, prepare briefs, present strategies, and handle campaign approvals. Ensure smooth coordination between clients, creative teams, and technical departments.
8. Content, Creative & Social Media Coordination
Work closely with designers and content writers to create high-quality creatives, posts, ads, and marketing materials. Approve social media calendars, ad creatives, blog content, and communication materials.
9. Team Training & Process Improvement
Train team members on latest tools, strategies, and execution methods. Build systems, marketing SOPs, and processes to improve efficiency and delivery speed.
10. Lead Generation & Conversion Strategy
Develop strategies that generate quality leads for clients. Optimize funnels, landing pages, and campaign structures to improve conversions and reduce costs.
Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing complete digital marketing operations.
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, SMM, content strategy, email marketing, PPC, and analytics.
Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Analytics, Search Console, CRM, and automation tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience in managing a team and dealing with clients directly.
