Role Overview
We're seeking a data-driven, creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our digital strategy across QSR, FMCG, and HORECA verticals. This role blends Tamil-rooted brand storytelling with global digital standards to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, social media, influencer, and display)
Manage brand presence across platforms: Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta Ads, and emerging channels
Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and cultural resonance
Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, CAC, LTV)
Lead A/B testing, conversion funnel optimization, and retargeting strategies
Oversee digital asset management and cloud-based content workflows
Coordinate with international partners for geo-targeted campaigns and compliance
KPIs & Metrics
Monthly growth in organic and paid traffic
Engagement rate and follower growth across platforms
Lead generation and conversion rates
ROI on paid campaigns and influencer collaborations
Email open and click-through rates
Skills & Qualifications
5+ years in digital marketing, preferably in FMCG/QSR/HORECA sectors
Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEMrush, Mailchimp, Canva, and HubSpot
Strong grasp of Tamil cultural nuances and global branding standards
Experience with cloud-based campaign management and analytics dashboards
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Bonus Traits
Familiarity with Vastu-aligned content placement and spatial storytelling
Experience in trade show digital promotion and sampling campaigns
Ability to craft multilingual campaigns (Tamil + English)
