: Digital Marketing Specialist (Experienced)Position Overview



We are seeking an experienced

Digital Marketing Specialist

to lead our performance marketing initiatives across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns, developing ad strategies, driving measurable growth, and mentoring team members. Strong analytical capabilities, leadership skills, and a results-driven mindset are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities



Performance Marketing:



Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels. Manage ad budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve business KPIs (CPL, CAC, ROAS, etc.).

Ad Strategy & Campaign Management:



Develop comprehensive ad strategies aligned with business goals and target audience. Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization. Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Analytics & Reporting:



Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Data Studio, and CRM dashboards. Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for scaling campaigns. Maintain a data-driven approach for continuous performance improvement.

Leadership & Collaboration:



Lead and mentor junior marketing team members, providing guidance and training. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, design) to align marketing strategies with business objectives. Present campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership.

Key Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred). 4-7 years of proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on

performance marketing and ad strategy

. Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising. Strong knowledge of analytics platforms: Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, and other reporting tools. Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring teams. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills



Experience in

edTech, SaaS or B2B marketing

. Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp, etc.). Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar platforms is a plus.
