Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Develop, plan, and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Paid Ads, etc.). Manage and mentor the digital marketing team (executives, interns, designers, content creators). Monitor performance metrics (KPIs, ROI, conversions) and optimize campaigns for maximum impact. Oversee content creation for blogs, social media, and marketing materials. Manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.). Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and competitor activities. Collaborate with sales and business teams to align marketing with business goals. Prepare and present monthly performance reports to management. Build brand presence across platforms and maintain consistency in brand messaging.

Requirements:



Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 4-6 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with at least 1-2 years in a managerial role. Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and paid ad management. Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, or similar. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
