Digital Marketing Manager
who can lead our digital initiatives, manage a team, and deliver measurable results across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end digital marketing strategies.
Plan and execute campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, content, and paid ads.
Lead a team of digital marketers, designers, and content creators to deliver campaigns.
Monitor, analyse, and report campaign performance with actionable insights.
Optimise ROI across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
Manage email marketing campaigns, automation workflows, and lead nurturing.
Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to align campaigns with business goals.
Stay updated on digital trends, tools, and best practices.
Manage budgets, timelines, and ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in related field.
3-4 proven experience
in digital marketing (agency experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).
Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
Strong leadership, communication, and client-handling skills.
Data-driven mind-set with excellent analytical skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
Experience in B2B marketing and lead generation campaigns.
Understanding of creative strategy and brand positioning.
