Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

Creating and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.

Campaign Management:

Overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels.

Content Creation and Optimization:

Managing content creation (website copy, social media posts, etc.) and optimizing it for search engines (SEO).

Performance Analysis:

Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance using web analytics tools, identifying areas for improvement and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Team Leadership:

Leading and mentoring a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance and support in their respective areas of expertise.

Budget Management:

Managing the digital marketing budget and ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Collaborating with other teams (sales, product, etc.) to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.

Staying Updated:

Keeping abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, and recommending new tools and strategies.

Responsibilities:

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and search engines. Create engaging and relevant content for all digital channels, including website, blog, and social media. Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using analytics tools and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns. Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies and make recommendations for improvements to the team.

Qualifications:

Possess strong knowledge in Photoshop, CorelDraw, Knowledge in UX & responsive design. To develop strong and innovative strategies to promote the business brand, product, and services. Designing of the animations, graphics and other aspect of the website. Familiarity with web design trends and best practices. Time management skills to prioritize task and meet deadlines in a fast- paced environment. Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media, email, and search engine optimization. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and effective content. Familiarity with analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, and experience creating and analyzing reports. Social Media Marketing Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred.

A minimum of 7 years' experience in Designer / Digital Marketing
