We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented

Team Lead

to spearhead our marketing initiatives and lead a team focused on brand growth, campaign execution, and customer engagement in the luxury jewellery space.

This is a key role that blends creativity with strategic thinking, requiring a deep understanding of both digital and traditional marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor the marketing team (digital, design, content, offline) Plan and execute 360-degree marketing campaigns Coordinate with branding, retail, and e-commerce teams Oversee digital marketing efforts - social media, SEO, paid ads, influencer collaborations Manage offline promotions, events, and exhibitions Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights Monitor market trends and competitors to stay ahead Work closely with senior management on brand positioning and planning

Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing, Business, or related field 3+ years of marketing experience (retail, luxury, or jewellery preferred) Strong leadership, communication, and planning skills Hands-on experience in digital marketing tools & analytics (Google Ads, Social Media,Meta, SEO tools, etc.) Creative mindset with an eye for design, branding, and trends Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
