Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote IT services and solutions.
Manage digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, email campaigns, content marketing, and social media.
Create and manage lead generation campaigns to support the sales team in acquiring new clients.
Work closely with sales, product, and technical teams to ensure alignment on messaging, target markets, and campaign effectiveness.
Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth.
Manage the company's website and ensure it reflects the latest service offerings and case studies.
Organize and participate in industry events, webinars, and trade shows to enhance visibility and networking.
Monitor, measure, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for design, advertising, and PR needs.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the IT or tech services industry.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, CRM platforms (like HubSpot or Salesforce), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and analytical capabilities.
