Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Designing, leading, and managing strategies for multiple professional social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter) - we want someone who understands the need for different strategies depending on the audience
Developing and delivering monthly social media schedules
Proactively engaging with members and followers across all accounts - we want someone who thrives on hashtags, leaving comments and driving real engagement
Responding to all comments, mentions, DMs, etc across social platforms
Strategy, Engagement, and Community Management
Developing the community strategy - from building the brand identity to onboarding members offline and online, you'll need to think across multiple personas!
Launching the community, building the membership, relationship and driving engagement (we are early days of the community journey however, we are seeking someone who understands how to build communities and strategies to drive real engagement)
Creating the content roadmap for knowledge sharing, live sessions, and other engagement activities
Moderating the content on the community platform
Organize and manage events to boost brand awareness
Coordinate with Marketing, PR, and Communications teams
Liaise with Development and Sales departments
Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
SEO
Developing SEO strategy for Nected - for long term organic leads. Think of content that resonates highly with our audience and also helps in our SEO
Preparing content plan and calendar to publish blogs in timely and quality fashion.
Analytics, Reporting, and Insights
We love data and want you to share weekly numbers (call out the not-so-amazing & the quick wins!)
Setting clear goals and performance benchmarks and providing detailed monthly & quarterly reports
Requirements
4+ years experience across social media management, community building, social media strategy, and content creation.
B2B experience is must to have, Global experience is good to have
Proven track record of creating engaging content that drives traffic and leads.
Experience planning and leading community initiatives. Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs
Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
Familiarity with SEO strategies and techniques.
Ability to work calmly under time pressure
Autonomous but highly collaborative
Strong project management and problem-solving skills, specially in ambiguity
Ability to manage a 3-5 member team
Highly creative with a keen eye for design details
Thought leadership (knows engagement and social media inside-out)
Ability to understand analytics to drive business decisions
Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
