The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote the company's products and services. The role involves enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads/customers through various online channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, plan, and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to ensure maximum ROI.
Oversee SEO and SEM strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
Create and manage engaging content for social media, website, and email marketing campaigns.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
Manage website content updates and ensure consistent branding and UX design.
Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, sales) to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Track and report on KPIs and ROI of all digital marketing activities.
Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
Manage the digital marketing budget effectively.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communication, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 4-7 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
Proficiency with tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, and WordPress.
Excellent analytical and project management skills.
Creative thinker with strong communication and leadership abilities.
