Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
Manage daily ad operations including budgeting, bidding strategies, targeting, and performance monitoring
Analyze campaign performance and generate insights to improve ROAS and reduce CPL/CAC
Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copies, audiences, and landing pages
Coordinate with creative and content teams for ad copies, visuals, and videos
Track conversions using tools like Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager
Prepare performance reports and present actionable insights to stakeholders
Requirements
2-3 years of proven experience in performance marketing or paid advertising
Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
Good understanding of audience targeting, funnels, and retargeting strategies
Experience with analytics and tracking tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, GTM)
Ability to manage budgets and scale campaigns efficiently
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience in e-commerce or lead generation campaigns
Knowledge of landing page optimization and CRO
