We are looking for an experienced

Digital Marketing Manager

with strong expertise in

paid advertising on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads

. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, performance-focused, and capable of managing end-to-end paid campaigns to drive leads, sales, and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize

paid ad campaigns

on

Meta (Facebook, Instagram)

and

Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)

Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize

ROI and conversions

Perform

audience research, targeting, and retargeting

strategies Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize creatives, copies, bidding, and funnels Analyze campaign data using

Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other tools

Coordinate with creative/content teams for ad creatives and landing pages Generate

weekly and monthly performance reports

with actionable insights Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends, policies, and algorithm changes Manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously
Required Skills & Qualifications

4-7 years of hands-on experience in

Digital Marketing / Paid Advertising

Strong expertise in

Meta Ads & Google Ads

(mandatory) Proven track record of running

high-budget, performance-driven campaigns

Solid understanding of

conversion tracking, pixels, GA4, and tag management

Experience with

lead generation and/or e-commerce campaigns

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills Excellent communication and team coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in

agency or fast-paced startup environment

Knowledge of

SEO, email marketing, or marketing automation

is a plus Google Ads or Meta certification (preferred, not mandatory)
