Responsibilities:

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with the company's overall marketing goals and objectives

Manage and execute digital campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, social media, display advertising, and search engine marketing

Create and manage content for the company's website and social media platforms

Monitor and analyse website traffic, user engagement, and conversion rates to optimize website performance and user experience

Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to ensure the company's digital marketing strategies remain relevant and effective

Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and effective digital assets such as graphics, videos, and animations

Manage and track digital marketing budgets and expenses

Measure and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools

Lead and manage a team of digital marketing specialists

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field

At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry

Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns

Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including email marketing, social media, display advertising, and search engine marketing

Experience with content management systems, analytics tools, and marketing automation platforms

Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices

Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
