(female preferred) to lead the resort's online marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, driving online traffic, generating bookings, and enhancing the digital presence of our resort across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the resort's digital marketing strategy, in alignment with brand goals.
Manage content creation, scheduling, and performance for all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Plan and execute SEO/SEM, email marketing campaigns, and display advertising.
Analyze performance data and create reports to assess effectiveness of campaigns.
Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging content including videos, blogs, reels, and ads.
Manage website updates, online booking engines, and ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
Oversee the online reputation management strategy, responding to reviews and guest feedback.
Coordinate with OTAs (Online Travel Agents) for promotions and visibility.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and new digital technologies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
3-5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry.
Strong knowledge of digital platforms, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite), and CRM software.
Excellent communication, visual storytelling, and interpersonal skills.
Creative mindset with attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.
Ability to work independently and in a team within a dynamic hospitality environment.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Female candidate with a passion for travel, hospitality, and lifestyle branding.
Strong presence on social media and understanding of influencer culture is a plus.
Experience working with luxury or boutique hospitality brands will be an advantage.
