What will you be a part of?


As Digital Marketing Manager for Core MR (Promotional Effectiveness Tracking, Awareness/Trial/Usage, and Patient Chart Audits), you'll lead full-funnel, integrated campaign strategy and execution. This role requires a proven growth marketer who can build repeatable systems, optimize for pipeline and revenue, and scale programs across multiple product lines. You'll establish the brief-to-launch processes that enable ZoomRx to run high-impact campaigns in parallel while embodying our Creative Sage archetype.

What does your day look like as a Digital Marketing Manager?


Own end-to-end campaign strategy and execution for Core MR product suite, establishing repeatable processes that can scale across paid social, paid search, ABM, email nurture, content syndication, and webinar channels

Develop product positioning, messaging frameworks, and value proposition documentation in partnership with Product Owners--creating assets that Sales, Consulting, and Marketing can leverage consistently Build comprehensive sales enablement infrastructure: pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, battlecards, talk tracks, objection handlers, and demo scripts aligned to buyer journey stages Design and implement campaign measurement frameworks: set channel and campaign targets, define success metrics, establish A/B testing protocols, and optimize for CAC, CPL, pipeline contribution, and revenue attribution Configure and refine Salesforce lead conversion processes, opportunity stage definitions, and pipeline hygiene rules Brief and manage creative and content resources (internal and external); maintain brand consistency and narrative continuity across all customer touchpoints Partner with Consulting, Sales, and Product teams to refine ICP definitions, gather win/loss insights, and incorporate feedback into campaign iteration cycles Create quarterly and annual campaign planning processes: translate product roadmaps and revenue targets into marketing plans with clear resource allocation and budget recommendations. Establish campaign operations best practices: naming conventions, UTM strategies, asset management, approval workflows, and performance reporting cadence


What will make you successful as a Digital Marketing Manager candidate?

6+ years in B2B digital or growth marketing with demonstrated ownership of integrated, multi-channel campaigns driving measurable pipeline Salesforce CRM expertise with 3+ years hands-on experience: Build and maintain marketing reports and dashboards in Salesforce (Reports, Dashboards, and optionally Tableau CRM/Einstein Analytics); create executive-level funnel views, pipeline attribution reports, campaign ROI analysis, and product-line performance tracking that Leadership rely on for decision-making Proven success marketing complex products or solutions within life sciences, healthcare, SaaS, or professional services Deep hands-on experience with HubSpot (or Marketo/Pardot), LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, ABM platforms (Demandbase, 6sense, Intentsify), and webinar tools (GoToWebinar, Zoom Webinars) Account-based marketing expertise with track record of successful ABM program launches, account engagement strategies, and sales-marketing orchestration Strong copywriting and messaging abilities; comfortable developing positioning documents, campaign narratives, and sales enablement content Process-oriented mindset: experience building campaign templates, documenting workflows, and creating scalable systems that improve team velocity Data-driven operator with proficiency in funnel analysis, conversion rate optimization, multi-touch attribution, and ROI modeling Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent product launches or campaign tracks while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills; experience working closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams. Life sciences or healthcare industry experience strongly preferred; understanding of pharma buying processes is a significant advantage
