Digital Marketing Manager (B2B Focus)I. Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented
Digital Marketing Manager
to drive our B2B product marketing strategy and execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough market research, developing data-driven campaigns, and executing all digital initiatives to support lead generation and sales pipeline growth in the US market. This is a full-time, remote position requiring strict adherence to an overlapping US time zone schedule.
II. Key Responsibilities
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for the full lifecycle of digital B2B campaigns, from initial research to final reporting.
Strategy & Research
Conduct in-depth
B2B product research
and competitive analysis to identify market gaps, target audience profiles, and optimal communication channels.
Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and sales targets.
Stay current with emerging digital tools, platforms, and B2B marketing trends.
Campaign Management & Execution
Design, implement, and manage multi-channel digital campaigns, including SEO, SEM (PPC), social media, and email marketing.
Oversee and optimize content distribution for white papers, case studies, webinars, and product documentation.
Manage website performance and user experience (UX) to maximize lead capture efficiency.
Analytics & Reporting
Track, measure, and analyze all campaign performance metrics, including conversion rates and ROI.
Generate regular reports detailing campaign effectiveness, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to monitor traffic and user behavior.
III. Required Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience in digital marketing, specifically within the B2B or SaaS technology sector.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, suitable for US business communication.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Familiarity with marketing frameworks for lead generation and nurturing (MQL to SQL).
