Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Positioning

? Define and refine Easyconcpt's brand voice, identity, and market positioning.

? Conduct market and user research to identify competitive advantages and

untapped opportunities.

? Craft clear, compelling messaging that resonates with students, parents, and

educators.

messaging & Content Development

? Own all marketing communications--website copy, social media, ad campaigns,

landing pages, email sequences, and sales collateral.

? Create and manage a content calendar that aligns with the user journey and

addresses real customer pain points.

? Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure consistent, impactful

messaging.

Demand Generation & Performance Marketing

? Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other

digital channels.

? Build high-converting landing pages, lead magnets, and nurture flows.

? Track funnel metrics, analyze ROI, and refine campaigns for maximum

efficiency.

Growth & Experimentation

? Run A/B tests on creatives, messaging, and offers to uncover scalable growth

tactics.

? Explore non-traditional growth channels--community building, webinars,

influencer collaborations, and SEO-led content.

Requirements

? 1-4 years of experience in marketing (EdTech or startup experience strongly

preferred).

? Proven success in brand positioning and performance marketing.

? Strong understanding of acquisition funnels, conversion metrics, and user

segmentation.

? Exceptional copywriting skills tailored to diverse user personas.

? Comfortable in an early-stage environment--adaptable, hands-on, and

resourceful.

Bonus Skills:

? Prior experience in EdTech or building early-stage GTM strategies.

? Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Webflow,

etc.).

? A creative edge--design skills, video editing, or content production experience.
