Lucien Solutions LLP, a growing digital marketing agency, is looking for a

Digital Marketing Manager

to lead client relationships, manage social media marketing (especially LinkedIn), and create impactful content that drives engagement and leads.

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be the bridge between clients and internal teams -- ensuring strategy, execution, and communication stay aligned to deliver measurable brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage

client relationships

, understanding goals and ensuring timely delivery of campaigns. Plan, execute, and optimize

social media marketing strategies

with a strong focus on

LinkedIn

. Create and review

content for posts, campaigns, and client communication

. Coordinate with design, performance marketing, and SEO teams to maintain brand consistency. Track and analyze campaign metrics, reporting key performance outcomes to clients. Mentor and support junior team members and interns in digital campaign execution.

What You Need

Proven experience as a

Digital Marketing Manager

,

Account Manager

, or similar client-facing role. Hands-on experience with

LinkedIn marketing

, content writing, and brand management. Good understanding of

SEO, performance marketing

, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.). Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage both clients and teams. Ability to work independently in a

remote environment

and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
