You're a hands-on marketer who understands how to drive performance through paid ads, content, and automation. But beyond that, you're adaptable, eager to learn new tools, and not afraid to get into the weeds, whether that's building landing pages, optimizing a CRM flow, or figuring out a Make/n8n integration.
You're someone who thrives in a remote, collaborative team, and you value performance, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn
Manage social media content calendars and scheduling using tools like Buffer or Later
Build and maintain email marketing campaigns using platforms like ActiveCampaign or Mailchimp
Support automation, CRM setup, and workflows (e.g. lead capture, nurture sequences) in Hubspot
Collaborate on landing page setup (e.g. using WordPress, Shopify, or drag-and-drop builders)
Conduct keyword research and basic SEO to guide content creation
Analyze ad and content performance; generate weekly/monthly reports
Assist in briefing and reviewing creative assets (static, video, or UGC-style content)
Stay ahead of platform changes, emerging trends, and new tools
Run light project management tasks and maintain internal documentation
What You Bring
3-6 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in a fast-paced or agency environment
Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search, Display, Video)
Familiarity with TikTok or LinkedIn ads is a plus
Solid experience using scheduling and reporting tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.)
Comfortable using Canva or similar tools for light design work
Experience with email marketing & CRM platforms (e.g. ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, HubSpot)
Familiarity with Zapier, Make.com, or n8n automation workflows
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage your own time effectively
Owns a reliable internet connection and computer suitable for remote work
Bonus Skills (Not Required, But Great to Have)
Experience with SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Google Search Console
Knowledge of website builders like WordPress, Shopify, or Webflow
Basic understanding of conversion-focused page builders
Prior experience working with international teams or clients
AI knowledge in marketing is a huge bonus
