We are looking for an experienced, creative, and data-driven
Digital Marketing Manager
to lead and execute digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. The ideal candidate should be skilled in managing campaigns across multiple digital platforms, have strong analytical skills, and keep up with industry trends.
Key Responsibilities:
? Develop, plan, and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
? Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, Whatsapp etc.).
? Oversee social media strategy and content across all platforms.
? Plan and execute SEO/SEM strategies to increase organic visibility.
? Manage email marketing campaigns, automation workflows, and performance tracking.
? Coordinate content creation (blogs, videos, creatives) aligned with brand and marketing goals.
? Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports to share actionable insights.
? Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging.
? Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
3-5 years of proven experience in digital marketing or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms like Whatsapp.
Good understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.).
Excellent communication, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have:
Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot, etc.
Experience with marketing automation tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
