Taradevi's Enclave

is promoted by a set of investors / first gen entrepreneurs who all are ex-corporate professionals/bankers. Promoters have curated many sites in Shimla and other parts of North India with aggregate development potential of ~ 40 lac sq ft. We are targeting a new launch every 6 months with Taradevi's Enclave being one of them. We are building team, across verticals and levels, in accordance with these targets.

Job Summary:



We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager with proven experience in the

real estate industry

to strategize, execute, and manage digital campaigns across multiple platforms. You will work closely with the sales and creative teams to attract, engage, and convert potential buyers online.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop, plan, and implement end-to-end digital marketing strategies for residential and commercial real estate projects Lead performance marketing initiatives across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms to generate high-quality leads Manage and optimize SEO/SEM efforts to improve organic visibility and website ranking for relevant real estate keywords Build and manage high-converting landing pages for each project and ensure proper tracking with UTM parameters and analytics Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for creative development, ad execution, and campaign optimization Monitor key campaign metrics (CPC, CPL, CTR, CPM, ROAS) and ensure all campaigns deliver optimal results. Analyze web traffic data using tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Search Console to derive actionable insights Implement and manage retargeting/remarketing campaigns to re-engage potential customers Design and execute email marketing campaigns and automation workflows for nurturing leads and improving conversions Manage listings and campaigns on property portals such as 99acres, MagicBricks, and Housing.com Oversee and grow the company's presence on social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) through engaging content and campaigns Develop monthly marketing calendars aligned with project launches, offers, and sales targets Coordinate with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing leads and sales conversion goals Stay current with emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and real estate marketing innovations Prepare detailed weekly/monthly reports and presentations for management, highlighting KPIs, ROI, and insights.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred). 3-7 years of experience in digital marketing, with

minimum 2 years in real estate.

Strong expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO, Google Analytics, and CRM tools. Experience with property portals is a plus. Excellent analytical skills, creativity, and attention to detail. Strong communication and project management abilities.
