Run
email marketing, drip campaigns, and CRM-driven lead nurturing

Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance (CPL, ROI, CTR) and provide actionable insights.
Coordinate with sales, design, and external agencies to align campaigns with business goals.
Promote real estate events, site visits, open houses, and property launches through digital platforms.
Ensure campaigns comply with
RERA guidelines
and maintain brand consistency.
Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum
3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing
; prior experience in
real estate industry is mandatory.
Strong expertise in
SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and marketing automation tools
.
Proficiency with
CRM platforms
(real estate CRMs).
Excellent knowledge of social media marketing, content marketing, and lead funnel strategies.
Strong analytical skills with ability to optimize campaigns for ROI.
