The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the entire digital marketing team and be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing all online marketing activities. The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on expertise in website management, social media, SEO, and performance marketing to drive brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management & Strategy
Lead, guide, and manage the digital marketing team -- including Digital Marketing Executive, Social Media Executive, and SEO Executive.
Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Allocate tasks, review performance, and ensure timely execution of campaigns.
Website Development & Management
Oversee end-to-end website management -- structure, content, updates, and optimization.
Coordinate with developers and designers for site enhancements, UI/UX improvements, and mobile responsiveness.
Ensure websites are SEO-optimized, secure, and regularly updated.
Manage landing pages and web analytics to maximize user engagement and conversions.
Digital Campaigns & Branding
Plan and execute performance-driven campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms.
Ensure brand consistency across all online touchpoints.
Manage digital budgets and ensure ROI-driven campaign performance.
SEO & Content Strategy
Supervise keyword strategies, on-page/off-page optimization, and technical SEO activities.
Coordinate with content and social media teams for SEO-friendly, engaging content.
Social Media Management
Oversee social media strategy, content calendars, and campaign execution.
Track engagement and ensure growth in brand visibility and followers.
Analytics & Reporting
Monitor KPIs across digital channels (traffic, engagement, conversion, etc.).
Generate monthly reports and insights to improve overall performance.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital tools.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
6-10 years of experience in digital marketing with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role.
Hands-on experience with website management (WordPress, Shopify, or custom CMS).
Proven expertise in SEO, Google Ads, social media, and web analytics.
Skills Required:
Leadership and team management skills.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
Working knowledge of website development, hosting, and CMS platforms.
Excellent communication, project management, and analytical abilities.
Creative thinking and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
