Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and multitasking professional who can manage front office operations, telecalling, CRM follow-ups AND support backend digital marketing & automation tasks.

? Key Responsibilities
? Front Desk, Telecalling & Coordination

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls (including cold calls)
  • Attend office visitors, maintain guest records
  • Schedule client appointments and manage calendars
  • Follow up via calls, SMS, WhatsApp & email
  • Manage CRM leads, update lead status, track progress
? Digital Marketing & Media Buying Tasks
  • Support and execute paid marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
  • Assist with SEO/SEM, content updates, and keyword optimization
  • Manage and optimize Google My Business (GMB)
  • Help create landing pages, funnels & automation sequences
  • Assist in performance marketing, tracking KPIs, ROI, A/B testing
  • Manage and schedule social media content
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for campaign execution
? Automation, AI & Technical Responsibilities
  • Assist in building AI chatbots, AI agents & automated workflows
  • Support marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Zapier, GoHighLevel, Make, etc.)
  • Work with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python for minor edits or automation scripts
  • Manage and update WordPress website and CRM integrations
? Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum: Higher Secondary (12th pass) | Preferred: Graduate/Marketing background
  • Excellent communication skills (Hindi & Bengali mandatory, English preferred)
  • Basic to Intermediate knowledge of:
? Digital Marketing
? AI automation tools
? WordPress
? Basic coding (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python a plus)
? CRM systems & lead management * Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines

  • Meta Ads Manager / Google Ads / GA4 tracking
