Job Description


Experience: 3-6 years Salary Range: INR 3-6 LPA Work from Office Immediate joiner needed. Role & Responsibility: a) Social Media Marketing: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn etc.). Create and curate engaging content tailored for each platform and target audience. Manage day-to-day activities on social media channels, including content creation, posting, monitoring, and responding to user comments/messages. Analyze and report on social media performance metrics, using insights to optimize strategies and content for better engagement and conversions. Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, design, sales) to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals. Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns effectively. b) PPC (Pay-Per-Click): Develop and execute effective PPC strategies across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, social media platforms, and other relevant channels. Conduct keyword research, analysis, and optimization to maximize ROI and drive qualified traffic. Manage and optimize PPC campaigns, including budget management, bid strategies, ad copywriting, and A/B testing. Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide regular reports to stakeholders. Stay updated with industry trends, new features, and best practices in PPC advertising. Collaborate with the marketing team to align PPC strategies with overall marketing goals. Identify and implement opportunities for campaign improvement and growth. c) SEO (Search Engine Optimization): Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to improve website visibility and search ranking across major search engines. Conduct comprehensive keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends. Optimize website content, meta tags, and on-page elements for maximum search engine visibility. Perform technical SEO audits and provide recommendations for website structure, crawlability, and site speed optimization. Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz) and provide regular reports. Stay updated with industry trends, search engine algorithm changes, and best practices in SEO. Collaborate with content creators, developers, and designers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented. Implement link-building strategies to enhance the website\'s authority and credibility. d) Content Marketing: Develop and execute content marketing strategies aligned with company objectives to attract and engage target audiences. Create compelling and high-quality content across various channels, including blogs, website copy, social media, videos, infographics, and more. Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics to generate innovative content ideas and thought leadership pieces. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, design, SEO) to ensure content consistency and alignment with brand voice and messaging. Manage content calendars and publishing schedules, ensuring timely delivery and distribution of content across different platforms. Analyze content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and conversion rates. Stay updated with industry trends and content marketing best practices. e) Branding: Develop and implement effective brand strategies that align with the company\'s overall goals and values. Define and articulate the brand\'s positioning, messaging, and unique value proposition. Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audience insights and market trends. Create compelling brand narratives and storytelling across various platforms to engage and connect with customers. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including marketing materials, communications, and customer interactions. Oversee the design and implementation of visual elements, including logos, color schemes, typography, and brand guidelines. Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to maintain brand relevance and resonance. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in branding and marketing. Requirement: Passionate about the work. Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field. Master\'s degree or relevant certifications are a plus. Manage, create, and publish original, high-quality content. Monitor and analyze effectiveness of marketing content. Familiarity with content management systems. Analytical and project management skills. Be able to multitask and work under tight deadlines. Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate strategies effectively. Prepare reports on activities and results regularly as required by the management. Finds market gaps and position businesses accordingly. Stay up to date with new digital technologies and social media best practices.
