We are looking for an experienced and results-driven
Digital Marketing Manager
to oversee our digital marketing strategy and drive growth across all online channels. This role requires expertise in
SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content strategy, PPC advertising, email marketing, and analytics
, along with the ability to perform effectively during a
night shift schedule
.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute high-performing
digital marketing strategies
to increase traffic, lead generation, and conversions.
Manage and optimize
SEO/SEM campaigns
, conduct keyword research, and implement on-page/off-page optimization.
Run
PPC campaigns
across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and display networks.
Develop and manage
social media marketing
campaigns on all major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X/Twitter).
Lead
email marketing
initiatives, automation workflows, audience segmentation, and performance optimization.
Coordinate with content creators to build
blogs, landing pages, ad copy, website content
, and multimedia assets.
Use
Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, Data Studio
, and other analytics tools to track KPIs and measure ROI.
Improve
CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
through A/B testing and landing page optimization.
Collaborate with design, sales, and development teams to maintain consistent brand messaging and improve user experience.
Manage marketing budgets, timelines, reporting, and campaign performance--ensuring timely delivery while working
night shifts
.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
3-7+ years of experience in
digital marketing
or a similar role.
Strong proficiency in
SEO, SEM, PPC
, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and paid media management.
Deep understanding of
Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console
, and performance reporting tools.
Experience with
CMS platforms
(WordPress, Shopify, Webflow).
Skilled in
email marketing tools
such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Klaviyo.
Excellent analytical, communication, and project-management abilities.
Ability to perform effectively under a
6-day working schedule
and
night shift environment
.
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications such as
Google Ads
