About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative

Digital Marketing Manager

with a proven track record in driving successful digital campaigns, particularly across

Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

and

PPC (Google Ads)

platforms.
The ideal candidate should have at least

5 years of hands-on experience

in digital marketing and be capable of developing strategies that enhance brand visibility, generate quality leads, and deliver measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage overall digital marketing strategy with a focus on

Meta Ads and PPC campaigns

. Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across search engines and social media platforms. Develop and manage performance marketing strategies to achieve defined KPIs. Create and maintain social media presence and ensure brand consistency. Analyze campaign performance data to measure ROI and identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative ad copies, landing pages, and conversion funnels. Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithms, and best practices in digital marketing. Manage budgets and ensure effective utilization of marketing spend. Lead and mentor a small marketing team to execute campaigns efficiently.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience

in digital marketing with a strong command of

Meta Ads and PPC

. Proven success in managing

Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and performance campaigns.

Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, analytics, and tracking tools (Google Analytics, GTM, Semrush, Ahrefs, etc.). Excellent analytical, communication, and strategic thinking skills. Experience in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing paid campaigns across platforms. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver results under deadlines.
