The Role
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our digital marketing strategies across channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving online growth, optimizing digital performance, and managing cross-functional marketing initiatives. This on-site role in Mohali, Punjab offers the opportunity to lead a dynamic team, collaborate with global clients, and make a measurable impact on brand visibility and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Plan and oversee all digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, social media, email, content, and paid advertising.
Lead the creation of engaging, brand-consistent content across platforms to increase engagement and conversion.
Manage, mentor, and guide the digital marketing team, ensuring optimal performance and growth.
Analyze digital metrics (Google Analytics, SEO tools, social insights) to measure ROI and optimize campaigns for better performance.
Collaborate with creative, sales, and technology teams to maintain consistent messaging and alignment with brand identity.
Identify trends, insights, and emerging technologies to drive innovation in digital strategy.
Manage marketing budgets, track expenditures, and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Oversee online reputation management, audience engagement, and influencer partnerships.
Develop reports and presentations for leadership on performance, KPIs, and strategic recommendations.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in digital marketing with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
Proven experience with content strategy, email marketing, and online advertising campaigns.
Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Creative thinker with a results-driven approach and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovation-driven environment.
