Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven and creative Marketing Manager to build and scale our marketing efforts with a strong focus on organic growth strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels while ensuring strong brand positioning, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Organic Marketing & Growth:
Build and execute strong organic marketing strategies (SEO, content marketing, LinkedIn campaigns, community building, email nurture flows).
Grow brand presence through blogs, case studies, newsletters, PR, social media, and thought-leadership content.
Create organic demand-generation campaigns to reduce dependency on paid ads.
Campaign & Branding:
Design, implement, and manage integrated marketing campaigns (digital + offline).
Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all platforms.
Develop compelling lead magnets (eBooks, whitepapers, guides, reports) to capture high-quality leads.
Collaboration & Research:
Work with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to optimize campaigns.
Explore opportunities in cybersecurity markets--cybersecurity knowledge will be a plus for content and campaign positioning.
Performance & Reporting:
Monitor KPIs, track campaign ROI, and prepare monthly performance reports.
Manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize returns.
Leadership:
Mentor and guide a team of marketing executives/coordinators.
Manage vendor and agency relationships.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
4-7 years of experience in marketing management or digital marketing leadership.
Strong expertise in organic marketing, SEO, content strategy, LinkedIn growth, and community engagement.
Proven ability to design and execute lead magnets (eBooks, case studies, whitepapers, webinars).
Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, CRM & marketing automation platforms.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Creative mindset with a data-driven approach.
Cybersecurity knowledge is a strong plus (for content alignment and thought leadership).

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
Experience in B2B marketing with long sales cycles.
Familiarity with cybersecurity, SaaS, or IT services marketing.
Ability to craft compelling technical content in collaboration with SMEs.
Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, LinkedIn Analytics).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
