Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager

to oversee our client's online presence, develop engaging campaigns, and collaborate closely with our graphic design team to elevate their brand.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Manage and grow social media accounts across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.). Plan, create, and schedule high-quality content that aligns with our brand and marketing goals. Collaborate with the graphic design team to produce compelling visuals and marketing materials. Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better reach, engagement, and conversion. Oversee paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to drive traffic and sales. Monitor industry trends and competitors to keep our strategies fresh and innovative. Engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries. Work closely with other teams, including sales and product development, to ensure brand consistency.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a similar role. Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. Experience with digital advertising, SEO, and email marketing is a plus. Proficiency in marketing tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and scheduling platforms (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Creativity and the ability to think strategically. Experience working with graphic designers and content creators to develop cohesive campaigns.
